Mobile Devices Delivery

Case Study

For a leading Bulgarian automotive group, we provisioned handheld devices to drive warehouse expansion, delivering next-generation solutions fully compatible with existing equipment and enabling smooth integration into the current infrastructure.

Hardware Integration

Background

The client aimed to modernize and expand their warehouse operations by introducing a new class of mobile devices that combine reliability, high performance, and cost efficiency. The main objective was to optimize expenses without compromising on quality or operational effectiveness.

Solution

For the project, we supplied our standard mobile device model featuring a hardware keyboard, pistol grip, and a 4-inch display, designed with enhanced drop resistance of up to 1.8 meters. To ensure a successful implementation, our software engineers worked closely with the client’s team to adapt the existing software and enable seamless installation and compatibility with the client’s current systems.

Challenges

  • Participation in a highly competitive selection process alongside two other leading global manufacturers of mobile devices
  • Ensuring full operational compatibility of the existing software with a newer version of Android

Effects

  • Significant budget optimization
  • Extended operating time between charges
  • Reduced service and maintenance costs
  • Increased flexibility with a wide range of compatible devices for future expansions
