Background

SAP is a standard ERP system used by many government agencies and ministries to manage all material assets. However, during on-site field operations, the system does not provide a sufficiently flexible mobile solution for asset-related activities such as registration, location changes, and inventory checks.

Solution

To bridge this gap, we delivered our Asset Management System, enabling both RFID and barcode labeling. The system includes its own back-office module for managing assets and related master data such as locations, departments, and inventory processes. For this specific project, we implemented an integration module that synchronizes all relevant data with SAP.
